Frequently asked questions

How to Order?
  1. Start with a sizing kit to get the best fit for your nails. If you are between sizes, make sure to size up! Something to keep in mind: your sizes for one length and shape may not be the same for another nail length and shape.
  2. Once you know your sizes, you can purchase a nail set. You can choose a nail set based on our tier system, pre-designed sets, or a solid color set. If you are unsure which tier or option the nail set you want falls under, please reach out to us.
  3. If you aren’t sure what set you want but have some ideas, you can email us or send an Instagram message so we can make your magical nails come true.
  4. Once you're sure which set you want, order the correct option, enter your nail sizes from thumb to pinky (left to right), choose your desired nail size and length, and any customizations needed. If we need a clearer understanding of the nail set, we will reach out!
  5. Orders will start being created once purchased.
  6. After purchasing, you can relax and wait for your magical nails to show up at your door.
  7. Once we have reached 10 orders needing to be fulfilled, ordering will not be available until previous orders are completed! When orders are available, an announcement will be made.
What if I don’t know what nail set I want?

No problem! Just reach out to us via email or Instagram DM, and we’ll help make your nail dreams come true. Feel free to send inspiration pictures, themes, and color ideas.

We also have a studio of all kinds of nail art and colors, so we can help you put together your magical nail set.
How long will my order take?

All nail sets are handmade and made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing time.

How do I size my nails?

First, make sure you purchase a sizing kit to get the best fit. Nail lengths & shapes can look different on everyone.

  1. Place the nail tip on the natural nail.
  2. Make sure the nail tip covers from sidewall to sidewall without force. If you are between sizes, size up.
  3. Once you have found your size, write down the nail tip numbers on the card, from thumb to pinky.
  4. Repeat for both hands.
How do I apply my nails?

Glue

  1. Prep your nails by using the wooden stick to push back the cuticles, file your nails down if needed, use an alcohol prep pad to remove any excess oils, lightly buff your nails with the buffer to remove shine, and then use an alcohol prep pad again.
  2. Apply a small amount of nail glue to the press-on nail and natural nail.
  3. Align the press-on to the natural nail at a 45° angle, then press down firmly to remove any air bubbles,
  4. Hold for 30 seconds.
  5. Repeat on each nail.

Glue Tabs

  1. Prep your nails by using the wooden stick to push back the cuticles, file your nails down if needed, use an alcohol prep pad to remove any excess oils, lightly buff your nails with the buffer to remove shine, and then use an alcohol prep pad again.
  2. Size glue tabs to natural nails and apply.
  3. Align the press-on to the natural nail at a 45° angle, then press down firmly to ensure adhesion
  4. Hold for 30 seconds.
  5. Repeat on each nail.
How do I remove my nails?

Works for glued nails after at least 1 week of wear!

1. Use a bowl with hot water with soap and add a few drops of oil.
2. Soak nails for 15-20 minutes.
3. Use the wooden stick to gently loosen the edges.
4. If there is resistance, do not force the nail off.
5. Repeat until the nails come off.
6. For easier removal, use a press-on remover.
What is included when I purchase a nail set?

Each nail set comes with a prep kit that includes a nail file, buffer, nail glue, glue tabs, wooden cuticle stick, and alcohol prep pad.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Shipping Policies

All items are shipped from Texas.

Livin Nailed is not responsible for errors by the shipping carrier. If there is an issue with your order with shipping, please contact the carrier first.
Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If there are any issues, please contact us!
Damages or Issues

If you suspect your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the issues.
